Education Qualification
Master’s degree in Social Sciences,
Social Entrepreneurship, or Social Impact or working with Queer community
Past Experience/Skills Required (Mandatory)
7–10 years of experience in youth facilitation, mentoring and/or coaching startups, or working within an entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Experience working with diverse, underserved, and marginalized communities, along with a strong understanding of inclusive and gender-sensitive facilitation, is preferred.
Ability to incorporate experiential learning activities, live projects, and success case studies to enhance practical understanding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
Understanding of sector-specific skills, including digital literacy, social entrepreneurship, and corporate training.
Knowledge of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
