We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager who can take ownership of international customer enquiriesfrom understanding the requirement and preparing the quotation to following up, negotiating and converting the opportunity into an order.

You do not need to come from the steel industry. We are more interested in your ability to manage international clients, prepare commercially accurate quotations, follow up consistently and close profitable export business. Complete product training will be provided.

Your Responsibilities

- Handle qualified leads and enquiries from international customers
- Communicate with overseas clients through email, telephone, WhatsApp and video meetings
- Understand customers technical, commercial and delivery requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and the sourcing team to obtain prices and availability
- Prepare accurate and competitive technical-commercial quotations
- Calculate product, testing, packing, freight, documentation and other export-related costs
- Quote suitable Incoterms, payment terms, delivery schedules and commercial conditions
- Follow up systematically on every submitted quotation
- Understand customer objections and revise offers when commercially appropriate
- Negotiate pricing and terms within approved limits
- Convert enquiries into profitable export orders
- Maintain complete records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and next actions
- Keep the CRM and sales pipeline updated




- Coordinate with sourcing, logistics, documentation, operations and finance after order confirmation
- Develop long-term customer relationships and generate repeat export business
- Submit regular reports on quotations, follow-ups, conversions and order values

What Were Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international B2B sales, export sales or overseas client handling
- Demonstrated experience in preparing quotations and converting enquiries into orders
- Strong commercial understanding, costing and negotiation ability
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of Incoterms, export documentation and international payment terms
- Strong follow-up discipline and the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email, CRM systems and sales trackers
- Ability to understand technical products and customer specifications
- Target-oriented, organised and accountable for results

Industry Experience Experience in steel, piping materials or metals will be an advantage, but it is not mandatory .

Candidates from technical B2B export industries such as engineering products, machinery, industrial equipment, chemicals, construction materials, electrical products,



auto components or manufacturing are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with only retail, B2C or domestic sales experience may not be suitable for this position.
