Jaipur Rugs is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Documentation Executive to join our Export / International Logistics team in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage export documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, COO, BL/AWB, etc.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and transporters.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of export documents.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Production, and Logistics teams.
- Handle documentation related to international shipments, Incoterms, and LC requirements.
- Track shipments and maintain accurate export records and MIS.
- Support customs clearance and resolve documentation discrepancies.

What We’re Looking For





- Graduate in Commerce, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in export documentation / international logistics.
- Knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, Incoterms, and customs processes.
- Valuable command of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in carpets, rugs, home textiles, handicrafts, or similar export industries will be an added advantage.
