Executive - RDC

A purpose driven role for you

Oversee day-to-day dispatch, logistics, and inventory functions. This role bridges tactical execution and strategic planning, ensuring that the Regional distribution Centre (RDC) operates at optimum efficiency, achieve dispatch targets, and manages stock effectively while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.

A Day in the life

Maintain SKU wise stock as per norms- highlight the gaps Quality Control – Order Ageing, Transit Damage & Timely Delivery

Follow-up with AO for achieving daily targets and with plant team for availability

Innovation for data visibility and operational efficiency

Academic Qualification & Experience

Graduate/Diploma with engineering background Min 5 (Graduate)/10 yrs.(Diploma) experience in outbound logistics and distribution

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Power BI, SAP, MS office skills, Presentation etc.

Analytical ability
