Role Description The Event Decor Stylist is a full-time, in office role based in Panchkula. This role is responsible for designing, planning, and executing event decor concepts that align with client requirements and ROCHE HARBOR’s brand standards. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients or internal teams to understand event themes, selecting decor elements, coordinating with vendors, and preparing layout plans for event spaces.

The Event Decor

Stylist oversees set-up and breakdown of decor, ensures all elements are installed safely and on time, and collaborates with event planners and operations staff to deliver a seamless guest experience. The role also involves maintaining inventory of decor materials,



staying updated on design trends, and adapting designs to work within budget and venue constraints.

Qualifications

- Strong event planning and event management skills, with the ability to organize decor timelines and coordinate on-site activities.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills to understand client needs and collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendors.

- Ability to work with budgeting requirements, including selecting decor options that meet financial and aesthetic goals.

- Experience in event decor, styling, or interior design, with a keen eye for detail, color, and spatial arrangement.

- Capability to work on-site, including standing for extended periods and handling light to moderate physical tasks during event setup and breakdown.

- Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to adjust decor plans based on last-minute changes or venue constraints.

- Basic knowledge of safety and compliance standards related to event installations.

- Relevant education or training in events, design, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
