- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs from architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Prepare project cost estimates for civil and finishing works.
- Study and review drawings, specifications, tender documents and scope of work.
- Prepare Rate Analysis for various civil construction activities.
- Collect and evaluate quotations from contractors, suppliers and vendors.
- Compare vendor/contractor quotations and prepare Comparative Statements.
- Assist in preparation of tender documents and work orders.
- Verify quantities and rates submitted by contractors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with Projects, Planning, Procurement, Design, Accounts and Site Teams for estimation-related requirements.
- Prepare estimates for additional works, variation works and revised scope.
- Monitor project quantities against approved BOQ and budget.
- Assist in maintaining project cost sheets and identifying cost variations.
- Prepare material consumption and quantity reconciliation wherever required.
- Check measurements and contractor bills against BOQ and site measurements.
- Maintain records of approved rates, quotations,



BOQs and estimation data.
- Participate in negotiation with contractors/vendors to achieve competitive rates.
- Ensure estimates are prepared as per approved drawings, specifications and company standards.
- Provide estimation support during project planning, budgeting and execution stages.
- Preparation of Detailed BOQ and Abstract Estimate.
- Quantity calculation for RCC, PCC, excavation, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, painting and other civil works.
- Preparation of rate analysis for labour, material, machinery, overheads and applicable wastage.
- Understanding of IS Codes, CPWD/DSSR/SOR and local market rates.
- Preparation of tender comparison and contractor rate analysis.
- Checking drawings for quantity implications and identifying discrepancies.
- Preparation of revised estimates based on design changes.
- Maintain historical cost and rate databases for future projects.

Pay: ₹12,483.07 - ₹48,376.40 per month
