Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching entrepreneurship, small business, or startup strategy
- Strong command of business model design, venture validation, and early-stage decision-making
- Able to critically read and evaluate written business plans and pitch scenarios
- Comfortable giving direct, applied feedback rooted in real-world experience
- Self-motivated and reliable with asynchronous, task-based work
Nice to Have
- MBA or graduate degree with an entrepreneurship or business focus
- Experience as a founder, co-founder, or startup advisor
