Role Description The Entrepreneur In Residence (EIR) will play a hands-on role in shaping BizeeBuy’s growth strategy and implementation at D2C brands and manufacturers. This is a hybrid role based in Current Delhi, with flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, validating customer needs through direct engagement, and translating insights into product and business initiatives.

The EIR will design and test go-to-market experiments, collaborate with product and engineering teams on feature concepts, and build strategic partnerships within the D2C ecosystem.



The role also involves preparing investor and stakeholder narratives, tracking key performance metrics, and iterating quickly on business hypotheses to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building, scaling, or significantly contributing to early-stage startups or new business lines.
- Background in business strategy, product management, or operations, ideally within SaaS, ERP, or D2C/e-commerce environments.
- Ability to conduct structured market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to inform product and go-to-market decisions.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including defining and tracking KPIs, interpreting business dashboards, and optimizing experiments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to internal teams, customers, and investors.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or prior founder experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of D2C and manufacturing value chains, procurement processes, or ERP systems is highly beneficial.
