Role Description The Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) at Hobfit is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. The EiR will identify and validate new business opportunities, design and test product and service ideas, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation across the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and user research, building business cases, defining go-to-market strategies, and working with product, technology,



and operations to bring new initiatives from concept to launch.

The role also involves monitoring key performance metrics, iterating on pilots based on data and feedback, and presenting insights and recommendations to leadership. The EiR will serve as an internal founder, championing experiments, setting hypotheses, and ensuring rapid execution in alignment with Hobfit’s mission.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, with experience launching or scaling a startup, new business unit, or product line.
- Robust business strategy and analytical skills, including market research, financial modeling, and KPI-driven decision-making.
- Experience in product or program management, with the ability to translate user needs into clear requirements and execution plans.
- Background in healthtech, consumer wellness, digital health, or related sectors is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with a bias toward experimentation and rapid iteration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Health Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad and engage directly with teams, partners, and users as needed.
