Role Description This is a full-time, in office English Teacher role based in Mumbai.

The English

Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum requirements, focusing on grammar, reading comprehension, writing skills, and vocabulary development for school-level learners.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction, assessing student progress through assignments and tests, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves maintaining a positive,



inclusive classroom environment, offering individualized support, and collaborating with other faculty members to ensure consistent academic standards. The teacher will also participate in parent interactions, academic planning meetings, and occasional workshops or enrichment programs organized by the institute.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience delivering structured classroom instruction.
- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills and a solid understanding of Education practices and pedagogy.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, or a related field; formal teacher training or certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience teaching school-level English in a coaching institute or school setting is preferred.
- Ability to create an inclusive learning environment and support diverse learning needs.
- Strong classroom management, organizational skills, and comfort with using basic educational technology.
