Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Salem for an English Educator (Teacher Trainer).

The English

Educator will conduct training sessions and workshops for school teachers on effective English teaching methodologies, classroom strategies, and the use of Next Education’s products. The role involves designing and delivering training content, demonstrating best practices in lesson delivery, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to educators.



Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting school visits, observing classes, documenting training outcomes, and reporting insights to the academic and product teams.

The educator will also collaborate with curriculum designers and academic coordinators to align training with current pedagogy and support schools in implementing high-quality English instruction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience in English language instruction at the K–12 level.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Training skills, including the ability to design and deliver structured teacher development programs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including transparent spoken and written English and the ability to engage diverse groups of educators.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with modern pedagogy, student-centered learning approaches, and basic technology use in classrooms.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
- Prior experience as a school teacher, teacher trainer, academic coordinator, or similar role, ideally within the K–12 segment.
- Ability to travel locally for school visits, conduct on-site workshops, and adapt training to different school contexts.
