Role Description The Engineer Intern will support project teams in delivering climate-tech and clean energy engineering solutions. This is a contract, hybrid role based in the Pune District, with some work-from-home flexibility depending on project needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in data collection and analysis, preparing technical documentation, supporting feasibility studies, and contributing to basic engineering design tasks under supervision.

The intern will help develop and maintain project reports, presentations, and models,



and may support coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves learning and applying relevant standards, tools, and software used in renewable energy, sustainability, and environmental engineering projects.

Qualifications

- Foundational engineering knowledge (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, environmental, or related disciplines) and an interest in climate-tech and clean energy solutions.
- Ability to work with technical documentation, perform structured data analysis, and support feasibility and design activities using standard engineering tools or software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare transparent reports, presentations, and project updates for diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field; relevant academic projects, internships, or coursework in renewable energy or sustainability are beneficial.
- Comfort with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software, online communication platforms).
- Demonstrated curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn from senior team members and adapt to evolving project requirements.
