Job Requirements

Role Purpose

Manage end-to-end execution of key customer accounts for DG Genset projects, ensuring timely delivery, commercial closure, customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage key accounts from order booking to final execution and closure.
- Coordinate with customers, EPCs, consultants and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Track PO, technical approvals, manufacturing, dispatch, installation and commissioning.
- Coordinate with Commercial and Finance teams for billing, collections and payment closure.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure timely closure of execution-related concerns.
- Monitor project timelines, commitments, scope changes and commercial risks.
- Identify repeat business, expansion and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate CRM, order trackers and account-wise MIS.
- Provide regular updates on order status, revenue, collections, risks and customer issues.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements,



company processes and contractual commitments.

Work Experience Additional Skills & Responsibilities

- Good understanding of DG Gensets, electrical systems and project execution.
- Solid key account and stakeholder management skills.
- Good commercial understanding of POs, contracts, billing, LD, retention and collections.
- Strong negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM and ERP systems.
- Understanding of revenue, margin and working-capital impact.
- Market knowledge of DG, Data Centre, EPC and infrastructure segments preferred.
