About the Role:

We are looking for a highly proactive Email Marketing Specialist who specializes in manual B2B email outreach and organic lead generation for our RPO and recruitment business.

This role is ideal for someone who knows how to research companies, identify the right decision-makers, find valid business email addresses, and personally send targeted emails and follow-ups without relying on automated email marketing platforms.

Important Requirement

This is a MANUAL email marketing position.

Candidates must be comfortable sending emails manually and managing their own prospect database.

We do NOT want candidates who primarily rely on Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar automated email-sending platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct manual research to identify potential RPO and recruitment clients.
- Find relevant decision-makers such as HR Directors, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Recruiting Managers, and Business Owners.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified business prospects.
- Must have access to 300+ relevant business email IDs.
- Manually send personalized emails to prospects.
- Write customized email messages based on the prospect, company, and hiring requirements.
- Conduct manual follow-ups and maintain a structured follow-up schedule.
- Research companies that are actively hiring or may require recruitment/RPO services.




- Generate organic leads through personalized email communication.
- Maintain records of sent emails, responses, follow-ups, interested prospects, and qualified leads.
- Identify positive responses and coordinate with the recruitment/business development team.
- Continuously expand the prospect database through manual research.

Must-Have Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Email Marketing, B2B Lead Generation, Business Development, or similar roles.
- Must have 300+ relevant business email IDs.
- Proven experience with manual cold email outreach.
- Strong knowledge of B2B prospect research and lead generation.
- Ability to identify the correct decision-maker within a company.
- Excellent written English and professional email-writing skills.
- Experience generating leads for the U.S. market is highly preferred.
- RPO, staffing, recruitment, HR services, or B2B sales experience is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets/CRM to track prospects and follow-ups.
- Strong persistence and follow-up skills.
