Role Description The Electronic Engineer role at HAEFELY AG is a full-time, in office position based in Nasik.

The Electronic

Engineer will design and develop electronic circuits and subsystems for high voltage test equipment, from concept through prototyping and final validation. Daily responsibilities include creating and reviewing circuit schematics, selecting components, supporting PCB layout, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with performance and safety requirements. The role also involves planning and executing test procedures, troubleshooting issues, documenting results, and supporting continuous improvement of existing products.

The engineer will work closely with senior engineers, production,



and quality teams to deliver reliable, manufacturable, and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Electronic Engineering and Electrical Engineering, with the ability to apply core principles to high voltage test systems.
- Practical experience in Circuit Design and Electronics, including schematic design, component selection, and collaboration on PCB layout.
- Hands-on skills in Testing, including verification, validation, troubleshooting, and use of standard electronic test and measurement instruments.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to read technical documentation, create clear reports, and follow industry standards and safety guidelines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary engineering and production environment.
- Experience with high voltage or power electronics, EMC/EMI considerations, or instrumentation development is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to design and testing.
