- Ensure secure operation and maintenance of all electrical installations and equipment.
- Monitor compliance with applicable DISH and electrical safety requirements.
- Coordinate statutory inspections and maintain required records and certificates.
- Ensure proper maintenance of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, motors, MCCs, PCCs and other electrical equipment.
- Monitor electrical preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper earthing, electrical protection and safety systems.
- Conduct electrical safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
- Ensure timely closure of electrical safety observations and audit findings.
- Supervise electrical maintenance personnel and contractors.
- Support investigation of electrical incidents and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain electrical drawings, test reports, inspection records and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with DISH/electrical authorities and other statutory agencies whenever required.
