Role Description The Wireman will be responsible for executing electrical wiring and cabling tasks for projects delivered by MAESPL Turnkey Pvt. Ltd. on a contract basis. This remote role involves interpreting electrical drawings, preparing material requirements, and performing installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and panel wiring in coordination with project engineers.
The Wireman will also assist in identifying potential risks, following safety protocols, and supporting maintenance and upgrades as required for ongoing projects.
Job Descriptions;
- Solid foundational knowledge of electricity and electrical principles,
with the ability to apply them safely in practical field scenarios.
- Hands-on experience in cabling and electrical wiring, including installation, routing, and termination in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Proficiency in panel wiring and associated electrical components, with the ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and panel schedules.
- Basic understanding of electronics and related devices used in building and facility systems.
- Familiarity with relevant electrical standards, safety regulations, and best practices for remote coordination and reporting.
- Ability to use basic electrical tools and testing equipment, and to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Minimum relevant certification (Bihar Electricity Board) or ITI/Diploma in Electrical decipline.
- Previous experience in MEP or facility-related electrical work is preferred, along with reliable access to communication tools for remote collaboration.
