Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to join our multidisciplinary engineering team. The role will support electrical design across industrial, machinery, automation, transport, mining and energy projects, working closely with other engineering disciplines. Key responsibilities include electrical design, technical calculations, engineering documentation, design verification and compliance with relevant Australian Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop electrical designs for industrial machinery, equipment and engineering projects.
- Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and control circuit diagrams.
- Perform electrical calculations, equipment sizing and component selection.
- Design and document electrical control systems for machinery and equipment.
- Prepare electrical layouts, panel layouts, cable schedules, termination schedules and I/O lists.
- Select appropriate electrical components including motors, drives, sensors, relays, contactors and protection devices.
- Review client-provided drawings, specifications, CAD models and technical information.
- Assist with electrical design verification, technical assessments and certification.
- Interpret and apply relevant Australian Standards, codes and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, BOMs and project documentation.
- Coordinate with mechanical, structural and project engineers on multidisciplinary projects.
- Identify design issues and develop practical engineering solutions.
- Communicate with clients and project teams to clarify technical requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate technical feedback.
- Ensure engineering deliverables are completed accurately and within project timelines.
- Maintain project documentation and engineering records.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.





- 2–3 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
- Experience in electrical design and preparation of engineering documentation.
- Good understanding of industrial electrical systems and equipment.
- Ability to read and prepare electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar electrical/design software.
- Good understanding of motors, VFDs, sensors, control circuits, relays, contactors and electrical protection systems.
- Understanding of electrical calculations and equipment selection.
- Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and electrical safety requirements.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a Work From Home workplace.
- Ability to meet project deadlines and maintain a high standard of engineering documentation.

Preferred / Additional Skills:

The following skills and experience will be highly regarded:

- Experience with industrial machinery and equipment.
- Experience in industrial automation and control systems.
- Knowledge of PLC systems, HMI, sensors and instrumentation.
- Experience with control panels and motor control systems.
- Knowledge of VFDs, soft starters and motor protection systems.
- Experience with mining, manufacturing, material handling, conveyors or process plant equipment.
- Familiarity with electrical integration of hydraulic and mechanical systems.
- Experience working with Australian Standards and Australian engineering practices.
- Experience preparing engineering reports, calculations and certification documentation.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN or similar software.
- Strong attention to detail and a practical, solution-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
