Role Description This is a full-time Electrical Engineering role based in New Delhi, offered in a hybrid arrangement where some work-from-home flexibility is available.

The Electrical

Engineer will contribute to the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems for large-scale infrastructure projects, including transportation, industrial, and urban development assets. Daily responsibilities include preparing electrical layouts and calculations, supporting detailed engineering design, reviewing technical drawings, and coordinating with civil, structural, and geospatial teams to ensure integrated solutions.



The role involves assisting in feasibility studies, contributing to DPR documentation, and participating in site visits for inspections, quality checks, and resolving in office technical issues.

The Electrical

Engineer will also collaborate with project managers and clients, prepare reports and presentations, and help ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, including power distribution, lighting design, and control systems for infrastructure projects.
- Experience with electrical design tools and CAD software, as well as the ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations applicable to transportation and industrial infrastructure.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with civil, structural, and geospatial engineers to deliver integrated designs.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, including the preparation of reports, estimates, and technical notes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline; prior experience in infrastructure or construction projects is an advantage.
