- To work with Factory EHS In-charge to implement safety initiatives
- To conduct regular site inspection & monitoring of various factory activities
- To coordinate internal / external safety audits / inspections
- To coordinate with EHS team and implement the EHS programs / initiatives in factory
- To coordinate with Contractors Safety Marshals to implement the safety programs
- To assist on timely preparation and analysis of compilation of safety reports/statistics
- Identify key safety risks in the operations and carry out risk assessments for the activities in factory
- Identify and Coordinate with different site departments for safety related compliances
- Carry out safety training and induction for staff/contractors
- Positive knowledge of Safety related statutory regulations and GFR.
- Have adequate knowledge for Risk Management Techniques such as JSA/HIRA
- Have skills to carry out Accident Investigation, Safety Audits and Inspections.
- Have skills for preparing timely EHS reports.
- Skills for imparting training/inductions
