Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily e-commerce operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Uboard's website.
- Handle Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central, including orders, inventory, pricing, and listings.
- Manage product listings, content, images, pricing, and product information.
- Drive online sales through offers, promotions, and better product visibility.
- Track sales, inventory, returns, ratings, and product performance.
- Analyze marketplace data to improve sales and product conversion.
- Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, finance, and customer support teams.
- Monitor competitors and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales and marketplace performance reports.
- Resolve marketplace issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Revenue Management

Candidate requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, e-commerce, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on e-commerce/marketplace experience.
- Solid practical experience with Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central is mandatory.
- Experience managing product catalogs, inventory, pricing, orders, returns, and marketplace performance.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to independently manage marketplace operations and take ownership of business targets.

Experience

- Experience managing high-SKU or multi-category catalogs.
- Knowledge of Amazon advertising, promotions, and marketplace growth tools.
- Experience with Shopify or other D2C platforms.
- Experience working with marketplace account managers or platform support teams.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,36,000 - 4,80,000 /year
