About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on ECommerce Specialist to manage Shopify and marketplace operations for Dimos Furniture, a Saudi-based furniture brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily Shopify operations, including orders, fulfilment, returns, products, pricing, inventory, and collections.
- Handle website merchandising, homepage updates, banners, campaigns, and product placement.
- Manage Shopify themes and perform basic Liquid, HTML, and CSS edits.
- Manage product listings across Amazon.sa, Noon, Haraj, OpenSooq, and other marketplaces.
- Maintain accurate listings, pricing, inventory, and marketplace fulfilment SLAs.
- Monitor website performance, page speed,



broken links, and checkout issues.
- Analyse customer behaviour using Microsoft Clarity, heatmaps, and other analytics tools.
- Support CRO activities and basic A/B testing.
- Coordinate with the Riyadh marketing team and Performance Marketing Specialist.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of hands-on eCommerce experience, including at least 2 years of Shopify Admin experience.
- Experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Noon, or similar marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify products, variants, collections, metafields, apps, and inventory.
- Basic knowledge of Liquid, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with website performance tools, heatmaps, and basic A/B testing.
- Strong English communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- GCC, Amazon.sa, or Noon experience is an advantage.
