About theRole: The E-Branch Team Leader will be a key member of the Turbo Cross-Sell function. This role involves leading and enabling a team to achieve business goals, managing customer relationships, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, possess strong communication and analytical skills, and be capable of managing escalations while enhancing customer experience.

- Maintain a strong understanding of banking products and processes.

What We Are Looking For Education Qualification: A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in banking, team management, or customer relationship roles is desirable.
