- Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Technologies including ASP.NET 4.X and above, .NET Core, C#.NET, ADO.NET, MVC, SQL, and Web API
- Notice Period: Preferably Immediate (up to 30 days maximum)
Core Responsibilities
1. Frame specifications based on high-level understanding of the problem statement and develop the code.
- Develop, write, and implement software-programming applications following established architecture standards as well as software development and project management methodologies.
- Implementing low-level solutions for business problems.
- Write high quality code using the guidelines and effectively debug the code.
- Document the code changes, package the code, and unit test it
- Perform code review of junior members
- Work with the application development team in delivering the project and deliverables within time and good quality
- Assess requirements for recent and enhanced functionalities; identify impact on existing applications,
operating systems, hardware, and networks
- Perform unit testing, ensure quality assurance of applications through system testing
- Keep up-to date with latest technologies, trends and provides inputs/recommendations to project manager or the architect as required
- Coordinate and communicate with the other tracks and disciplines involved in the project
- Perform root cause analysis for production issues
- Investigate and resolve technical issue
Support Activities
14. Take ownership of customer issues and addressing customer needs and pain points
- Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers
- Responding to customer queries via chat, phone, or mail
- Reporting customer feedback to Support Manager or Project Manager
- Document the solution in Knowledgebase system for future reference
- Help juniors to address customer queries
- Ensure the proper recording of all support activities
