Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in domestic IT staffing. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing services (Contract / Permanent / C2H)
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, references, and networking
- Understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of candidates
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Track market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in IT Staffing Business Development (Domestic Market)
- Strong network with hiring managers, HRs, or decision-makers in India
- Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation
- Valuable understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in staffing firms or recruitment agencies
- Exposure to working with portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to bring immediate business opportunities
