Director – EV Mobility (Fleet & Charging) | Founding Team

Texor Energy is a renewable infrastructure company focused on building scalable energy and mobility platforms. As part of our expansion, we are developing an integrated EV mobility ecosystem, combining owned/leased electric fleets (trucks, cabs) with end-to-end charging infrastructure (captive and public EV stations) to support large-scale decarbonization of transportation.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Director – EV Mobility to join the founding team and lead this vertical end-to-end. This is a business leadership role with full P&L; ownership, responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing the EV mobility platform across fleet, charging infrastructure, partnerships, go-to-market, and revenue strategy.
Core Responsibilities
1. EV Fleet (Leasing, Deployment & Operations)
- Define fleet acquisition strategy (EV trucks, cabs, commercial vehicles) aligned with demand segments
- Structure and execute leasing and deployment models (fixed lease, per km, hybrid)
- Oversee full lifecycle: procurement, deployment, utilization, maintenance, and replacement
- Drive unit economics including TCO optimization, utilization, and revenue per asset
2. EV Charging Infrastructure (End-to-End Station Ownership)
- Lead complete EV charging station development lifecycle
- Site identification, feasibility, land acquisition/leasing, and approvals
- Power connectivity, load approvals, and regulatory compliance
- EPC management: design, procurement, installation, commissioning
- Technology and vendor selection (chargers, software, network systems)
- Ensure uptime, safety,
and operational excellence
- Drive charging monetization (captive + public usage)
3. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
- Build and scale relationships with logistics, delivery, and mobility companies
- Establish B2B partnerships for fleet deployment and charging utilization
- Structure commercial agreements ensuring scalability and profitability
- Develop a multi-city partnership pipeline
4. Go-To-Market (GTM) & Revenue Strategy
- Define and execute GTM strategy across fleet and charging businesses
- Identify priority segments and use cases
- Design revenue models (leasing, per km, charging tariffs, hybrid structures)
- Develop city-wise rollout aligned with demand and infrastructure
- Optimize pricing, utilization, and margins
5. Business Planning & Financial Ownership
- Own full P&L; responsibility for the EV mobility vertical
- Build business plans, financial models, and capex strategies
- Align infrastructure investments with demand and revenue visibility
- Drive disciplined and capital-efficient scale-up
6. Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and environmental standards
- Manage operational, contractual, and infrastructure risks
- Establish reporting frameworks and KPI tracking
7. Leadership & Organization Building
- Build and lead teams across fleet,
infrastructure, and partnerships
- Establish SOPs, systems, and execution frameworks
- Drive a culture of accountability and performance
Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in EV, mobility, logistics, infrastructure, or asset-heavy sectors
- Proven experience in building and scaling business verticals
- Strong background in fleet operations, leasing, or logistics partnerships
- Deep understanding of EV charging infrastructure and site rollout
- Solid commercial acumen with P&L; ownership experience
