About the RoleWe are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in the Skin, Hair, Aesthetic, Beauty, Wellness, or Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate should understand the clinic business and have a strong track record of generating quality leads, conversions, and sales through digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute result-driven digital marketing strategies for lead generation and sales.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) to improve local visibility, enquiries, reviews, and clinic reach.
- Develop content and marketing strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Generate, nurture, and convert leads through effective digital campaigns and remarketing.
- Track campaign performance, CPL, conversions, ROI, and overall sales contribution.
- Identify new opportunities, trends, and strategies to improve clinic growth.
- Work closely with the clinic team to plan offers, promotions, campaigns, and lead-conversion strategies.
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning and execution across multiple channels.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing, such as content creation, community management, and platform-specific strategy.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Effective Communication skills for clear,



professional written and verbal interaction with internal teams and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools is beneficial.
- Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or beauty industry marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced clinical workplace.

Ideal Candidate
- 2–4 years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably in Skin, Hair, Aesthetic, Beauty, Wellness, or Healthcare.
- Previous experience working with a similar product/service line is highly preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Ads, and Google My Business.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, retargeting, analytics, and ROI.
- Creative, analytical, proactive, and highly result-oriented.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing performance.
