Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to support TechTurtle Consultant’s brand and client acquisition goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling digital content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web analytics to improve reach and engagement. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with trading and investment services, conducting market and competitor research,



and preparing performance reports with actionable insights.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, requiring regular coordination with the local team and adherence to company standards and timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, audience engagement, and platform-specific best practices.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track, interpret, and report on digital performance metrics.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the trading and investment industry or interest in financial markets is an advantage.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in office in Indore.
