Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns that promote Achala Constructions Company’s services across online channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media profiles, developing content calendars, running paid and organic campaigns, and optimizing the company website and online listings for visibility and lead generation.

The specialist will track performance using web and campaign analytics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.



Collaboration with the sales, design, and project teams is expected to ensure consistent messaging and to support marketing initiatives and client communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, with experience managing brand presence across major social platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and generate actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Relevant skills such as SEO/SEM, content creation, marketing automation, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva or similar) are beneficial.
- Experience in construction, real estate, interiors, or related industries is an advantage, along with familiarity with local Bengaluru market trends.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
