We are building a serious digital presence across search engines, answer engines and AI platforms — and you will run the execution engine.

What You Will Do

1. Content repurposing — convert the owner's inputs (voice notes, published medium articles, market observations) into LinkedIn posts, X threads, and short-form scripts. You polish and distribute; the technical substance comes from the owner.
2. Channel management — maintain the posting calendar across LinkedIn (company + founder), X, and YouTube; syndicate everything to Facebook and Instagram via Meta Business Suite; keep Google Business Profiles active for all PBS branches and the AMR plant.
3. YouTube support — coordinate video shoots, write titles/descriptions, upload accurate captions and transcripts.
4. Question mining — systematically collect real buyer questions from Quora, Reddit, LinkedIn comments and Google "People Also Ask" to feed our website FAQ pipeline.
5. Measurement — maintain the monthly dashboard: branded search impressions (Search Console), social referrals (GA4), and the AI citation log (checking whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini mention PBS/AMR for target queries).
6. Systems building — document everything you do as SOPs, templates and checklists so the machine outlives your internship.

What You Will NOT Do





Write market opinions or technical claims from your own research. All commentary on prices, alloys, and trade flows originates from the owner — your job is packaging and distribution, never invention.

Who We're Looking For

- Excellent written English; you can turn a rambling voice note into a crisp 150-word post
- Diligent and consistent — this role rewards showing up daily more than bursts of creativity
- Comfortable with Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube as a user; willing to learn Search Console, GA4, and basic SEO, AEO & GEO.
- Bonus: Canva, basic video editing, or genuine curiosity about commodities and manufacturing
- Chatgpt, Claude, Gemini - Must know how to use it.

Success Looks Like (by Month 3)

- Posting calendar running 4+ weeks without owner intervention on logistics
- 100+ mined buyer questions delivered to the FAQ pipeline
- Measurement dashboard updated monthly without reminders
- SOP manual covering every recurring task
