About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines (SEO/SEM), and other digital channels
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to derive actionable insights
- Identify and define target audiences for each campaign and craft content that resonates with them
- Manage and grow the brand's social media accounts, developing a strategy aligned with business objectives
- Create and manage digital content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and other marketing collateral
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and effective

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 0 TO 4 + years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role




- Hands-on experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and SEO/SEM
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.)
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Skills

- Experience with graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Basic understanding of paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
