About The Role Naps Global India (Mercaze) is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.

Set up and optimize ad sets to drive sales, leads, and brand awareness.

Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements for better ROI.

Design engaging creatives using existing product images and brand shoots.

Create attractive social media posts, reels, and stories for audience engagement.

Develop content around trending topics, festivals, and current events (e.g., FIFA World Cup, seasonal campaigns, viral trends).

Coordinate with the team to maintain consistent brand communication across platforms.

Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.





Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and social media algorithms.

Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns.

Skills Required Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).

Knowledge of creating ad sets and running sales campaigns.

Familiarity with Google Ads is an added advantage.

Creative mindset with a good eye for design and visual storytelling.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.

Strong communication and content-writing skills.

Passion for social media, digital trends, and audience engagement.

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Eligibility

Graduate or pursuing graduation in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Media, BBA, BMS, or a related field.

Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
