? As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing activities to increase brand visibility and generate quality leads across Kapdee Tech Group’s energy and technology divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage social media channels, including content planning, publishing, and community engagement.
- Create, edit, and update website content, landing pages, and other digital assets.
- Prepare and manage monthly/weekly marketing calendars.
- Support integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and key digital marketing metrics.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Use web analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and marketing partners.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.




- Support lead generation and overall business growth through digital marketing initiatives.

? Requirements & Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and campaign execution.
- Good Social Media Marketing and content creation skills.
- Strong Communication and collaboration skills.
- Good Web Content Writing skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Web Analytics, and Email Marketing.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and work with data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
