Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our company's online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving website SEO performance and driving engagement through Social Media Marketing (SMM), helping increase brand visibility, traffic, and organic reach.

Key Responsibilities

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Perform on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, URL structure, internal linking, content optimization)
- Handle off-page SEO activities (backlink building, guest posting, directory submissions)
- Conduct technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors, sitemap, robots.txt)
- Monitor website rankings, traffic, and performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)
- Optimize website content in coordination with the content/design team
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices

SMM (Social Media Marketing)

- Plan, create, and manage content calendars for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube




- Create and schedule engaging organic posts, graphics, and videos (in coordination with the design team)
- Track and report on social media metrics (engagement, reach, followers, growth)
- Engage with audience/community, respond to comments and messages
- Identify trends, hashtags, and influencer collaboration opportunities
- Build and grow social media presence organically across platforms

General Digital Marketing

- Assist in overall digital marketing strategy for the website and brand
- Prepare periodic performance reports (SEO rankings, traffic, social media growth)
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, and SMM
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite
- Basic understanding of HTML/CMS platforms and WordPress
- Strong analytical, communication, and content skills
- Creativity and up-to-date knowledge of social media trends

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
