Role Description The Digital Experience – System Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Bangalore Urban district. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing systems that support digital experience platforms, including configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning.

The System

Engineer will troubleshoot system issues, coordinate incident resolution, and provide technical support to internal teams and stakeholders.



Daily responsibilities include administering servers and related infrastructure, implementing system design changes, and ensuring high availability, stability, and security. The role also involves collaborating with development, QA, and operations teams to support deployments, streamline workflows, and continuously improve the digital experience environment.

Qualifications

- Solid systems engineering skills, including experience with systems design and implementation.
- Hands-on expertise in system administration, covering servers, operating systems, and related infrastructure.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing timely technical support.
- Experience designing, maintaining, and optimizing digital experience or web-based platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of networking, security best practices, and monitoring tools for production environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms, automation/scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python), and CI/CD tools is an advantage.
