Role Description The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for planning and creating engaging content across digital platforms, including websites, social media channels and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include ideating content concepts, writing copy, creating basic visual assets or coordinating with designers, optimizing content for SEO and social media, and ensuring brand consistency in all communications. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, design, and product teams to translate complex software solutions and digital services into clear, compelling narratives.

Creator will also track content performance, refine strategies based on analytics and stay updated on digital trends and platform best practices. This is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in content writing and digital copywriting, with the ability to craft clear, engaging narratives for web and social media.
- Candidates should possess skills in social media content creation and management,



including basic knowledge of platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Candidates should possess skills in content planning and strategy, including the ability to align content calendars with marketing goals and brand positioning.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic visual content creation or collaboration with designers, with an understanding of brand aesthetics and digital design fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess skills in SEO-friendly content practices and familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including audience targeting and campaign optimization.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong research abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in English, along with good communication and collaboration skills, are essential.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) will be an advantage.
