- Prepare and maintain dialysis machines and equipment before, during, and after treatment.
- Monitor patients throughout dialysis treatment, checking vital signs and the machine's functionality.
- Initiate and terminate dialysis procedures following standard protocols.
- Ensure cleanliness and disinfection of machines and the dialysis area.
- Assist with patient preparation, including weighing, positioning, and connecting to the dialysis machine.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report abnormalities to medical staff immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of treatment details, patient condition, and equipment use.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards.
- Provide basic patient education related to dialysis procedures and care.
- Coordinate with nurses, nephrologists, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain inventory and stock of dialysis supplies and consumables.
