Role Description The Digital Collection Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The role involves managing and executing digital collections activities for customer accounts, including following up on overdue payments through phone, email, messaging platforms, and other approved digital channels.
The Digital Collection
Executive will monitor account performance, update collection status in internal systems, and ensure adherence to regulatory and company guidelines. The role also includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries, negotiating and recording payment commitments, and preparing basic reports or summaries on collection performance. The position requires consistent on-site presence to collaborate with team members,
attend reviews, and maintain alignment with branch-level collection targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written communication and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Candidates should possess digital and technical skills such as basic computer proficiency, familiarity with CRM or collection systems, and comfort using phone, email, and messaging tools for outreach.
- Candidates should possess customer service and negotiation skills, including the ability to handle objections, negotiate payment plans, and manage difficult conversations professionally.
- Candidates should possess analytical and organizational skills, such as attention to detail, basic data interpretation, and the ability to maintain accurate records and follow structured processes.
- Relevant qualifications include a minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in collections, recovery, tele-calling, banking, or financial services is beneficial, along with knowledge of NBFC products and basic regulatory compliance norms.
- Candidates should be comfortable working full time in an on-site environment in Bhopal, with readiness to meet targets and work in a performance-driven setting.
