- Master’s (or Bachelors with strong track-record considered as well)
- 2-5 yrs industry experience is preferrable
- Hands on experience with DFT tools and methodologies
- Hands-on experience in Silicon Bring up and volume production is essential
- Exposure to industry standard Testers
- Ability to travel to USA/Asia
- Solid communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Closely work with customers to understand the Test requirements and propose DFT strategy & solutions
- Help customers implement DFT solutions necessary to optimize the Test cost and improve DPM and Quality
- Work responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- DFT Architecture
- TAP/JTAG Implementation
- MBIST Insertion
- Scan Architecture
- Verification of all DFT Features
- Scan ATPG
- Timing exceptions for DFT logic
- ATPG Pattern Optimization
- Test time reduction
- Diagnosis & Yield Analysis
