ROLE OVERVIEW

AxisOne is growing its in-house marketing and content team and is looking for a creative Designer to support visual design and video content needs across our business divisions — glassware, consumer goods, footwear, and clothing. This is a strong opportunity for a design professional early in their career to work across a variety of creative projects, from social media graphics to promotional video and product visuals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design graphics for social media posts, digital campaigns, and marketing collateral
- Edit and produce short-form videos for social media, promotions, and internal communications
- Create and update product catalogs, brochures, banners, and print materials
- Retouch and prepare product photography for e-commerce and marketing use
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts into polished visuals
- Maintain consistent branding and visual quality across all design output




- Manage multiple design requests at once and deliver within agreed timelines

REQUIRED SKILLS & TOOLS

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop — photo editing, compositing, and retouching
- Working knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
- Ability to create basic motion graphics and animated elements for social and video content
- Strong sense of layout, color, and typography
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and turn them into finished visuals
- Comfortable handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines

GOOD TO HAVE

- Adobe Illustrator — vector graphics, logo and icon design
- Adobe After Effects — motion graphics and animated content

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design and/or video editing; freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply
- Diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field preferred
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design and/or video work is required with the application
