Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Design Engineer role based in the Pune Division.

The Design

Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative products and environments aligned with client needs and brand strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and refining design concepts, developing detailed CAD models and engineering drawings, and collaborating with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure technical feasibility and performance. The role involves prototyping, testing, and iterating designs,



as well as supporting the integration of design engineering with overall product and space design.

The Design

Engineer will also assist in client presentations and documentation to communicate design intent clearly.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Design Engineering and Product Design skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Mechanical Engineering skills, including understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and structural integrity.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling and technical drawings.
- Candidates should possess foundational Electrical Engineering skills relevant to product integration and system design.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
- Ability to work in office in the Pune Division and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with attention to detail and user-centered design principles.
- Experience with prototyping, testing, and manufacturing coordination is beneficial.
