- Related Party transaction invoicing and end to end reconciliation
- Assist in assessment and documentation of arms length of related party transactions
- Compliance of Audit committee and shareholders approval for related party transactionsRequired Qualifications and Experience
- Fresher Chartered Accountant
- Well versed with Indian Accounting Standards & RBI circulars
- MS Excel proficiency
- Analytical ability
- Positive attitude and team player
