Duties And Responsibilities Expectations/Requirements:

- Drive growth & marketing campaigns for merchant cross sell business through M1 App, focused on key metrics: such as Revenue Generation ,Funnel Management ,Lead Management
- Responsible for heading and overseeing all the user communication channels (Push Notifications, SMS, In-App Banner)
- Customer segmentation and micro-segmentation to be used for communication and building curated product features as well as offers
- Set up merchant cross sell product behaviour.




- setting road map for path to profitability .Performance Marketing – 1-Campaign segmentation 2-Increase Campaign efficiency Performance Marketing-
- Defining Merchant offer on cross sell product.
- Automation of Reports for Real Time Tracking .
- Designing Promotional Activity to engage & improve cross sell activity.
- Work closely with the business stakeholder for E2E Funnel.
- Designing & Planning communication for Merchant Cross sell Engagement.
- Tracking the performance of campaign & taking course corrective action.
- Data driven decision making to understand the necessity of merchant.
- Add strategic value to processes through competition mapping and best practices adoption
- Prepare monthly updates and reports on performance and progress to be shared with Project Head and other Vertical Heads.
- Driving Cross Sell
- Improve offer count of cross sell product.

Required Qualifications And Experience
