Role Purpose Responsible for leading a centralized team of full time analysts and vendor resources for Inward Remittances and MEMI processing operations. The role manages an OPEX budget. The role is also responsible for ensuring adherence to internal financial controls in processing payments as the process has a significant financial impact, as well as ensuring timely implementation of any network/regulatory changes.
Role Accountability
1. Manage transaction and fund level reconciliation platforms for non digital payments to mitigate risk
2. Monitor and analyze customer complaints, drive redressal within TAT and inform stakeholders
3. Ensure timely suspense curing for cheque and online reject cases and ensure reconciliation once posting is done
4. Scan the market for industry best practices and conduct trend analysis of internal performance metrics to come up with innovative solutions to enhance process efficiencies
5. Perform reconciliation tracking of Inward payments, manage exception handling and ensure accurate daily posting on mainframe system
6. Implement enhancement initiatives pertaining to non digital payment modes
7. Review and publish periodic dashboards and MIS and support internal and external processes and workflows

Drive Billing & Compliance process by performing risk assessments on key business activities and using this information to build new prospects for Monitoring, reviewing SVCL and audit scores, and establishing procedures and policies that ensure timely payments
9. Ensure timely product setup on sub system for new launches with rigorous testing
10. Ensure adherence to data security measures in place in all vendor operations
11. Ensure adherence to budget as agreed in MOU and drive efficiencies to reduce cost
12. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely reporting of all metrics and SLA adherence
13. Additional responsibilities of management ELSA tracking process
14. Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence

1. Process accuracy % (ELSA Payment tracking)
2. Cost reduction % as per MOU
3. Automation % as per MOU
4. Adherence to timelines and budget in new technology deployment

6. Adherence to BCP drill schedule

8. Timely and accurate vendor billing
9. Adherence to operational SLAs (Suspense curing %, online reject %, cheque posting TAT)
