Role OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and confident fresh graduates to join our team as Delegate Acquisition Executives. The role involves identifying, engaging, and onboarding healthcare professionals and industry leaders for VOH's conferences, summits, roundtable discussions, and other industry initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in healthcare events, delegate acquisition, business development, networking, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders for VOH events.
- Build relationships with hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organizations, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct research to identify relevant delegates and maintain a delegate pipeline.
- Reach out to prospective delegates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
- Follow up with prospective delegates and support the registration and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate outreach, follow-up, and conversion records.
- Coordinate with internal event, marketing, and content teams for smooth event execution.




- Work towards assigned delegate acquisition targets.
- Represent VOH professionally while interacting with healthcare professionals and industry leaders.

Eligibility
- Fresh graduates only – 0 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Prior experience in delegate acquisition, business development, sales, or event management is not required. What You'll Gain
