Role Description:

- Delegate Acquisition Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing high-quality delegates for LoopLynks Events (http://looplynks.com/)
- In this role, the executive will research target markets, build and maintain contact lists, and conduct outreach via calls, emails, and digital platforms to attract suitable attendees.
- The role involves presenting event value propositions, handling queries, and guiding potential delegates through the registration process.
- The executive will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align outreach strategies, track acquisition metrics, and support continuous improvement in delegate experience.
- Regular reporting, CRM updates, and participation in planning meetings are key parts of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence prospective delegates.
- Experience in sales, business development, or delegate acquisition for events, conferences,



or similar initiatives.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to manage data and track outreach activities.
- Solid research and analytical abilities to identify target audiences, decision-makers, and relevant organizations.
- Understanding of event marketing and attendee engagement strategies is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in corporate events, recognition programs, or leadership-focused initiatives is beneficial.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Job Location: H-193, Sector-63, Noida (WFO)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
