Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Day Care Teacher role based in Noida.
The Day Care
Teacher will plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities, play-based sessions, and creative projects that support children’s holistic development.
Responsibilities include supervising children to ensure safety, maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment, and fostering positive interactions among children. The role involves regular communication with parents or guardians about children’s progress and daily routines,
as well as collaborating with colleagues to implement Ipsaa’s curriculum and childcare standards.
The Day Care
Teacher will also assist with daily routines such as meals, rest times, and transitions, while promoting empathy, respect, and good hygiene habits.
Qualifications
- Solid childcare and classroom management abilities, including supervising groups of young children and maintaining a safe, structured environment.
- Skills in planning and delivering age-appropriate educational and play-based activities that encourage creativity and social development.
- Clear and empathetic communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.
- Patience, adaptability, and a caring attitude toward children from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic understanding of early childhood development and best practices in pre-school and day care settings.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant certification or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a day care, pre-school, or similar childcare setting is an advantage.
