Roles and Responsibilities:

- Own data governance and stewardship practices, including data classification and tagging that support access control, privacy, model training, and analytics reuse.
- Manage metadata for governed reuse, including attribute definitions, lineage, and source-to-target mappings.
- Ensure data quality standards are defined, monitored, and improved for governed datasets used by analytics and AI initiatives.
- Maintain and validate data lineage to support impact analysis and traceability across systems and downstream consumption.
- Partner with business and data stakeholders to resolve data governance questions, prioritize remediation, and drive cross-functional alignment.

Skills Required:





- 11 - 14 years of relevant experience; 5+ years as a Data Steward and 5+ years in the Healthcare industry.
- Data governance and data stewardship practices for enterprise data assets.
- Metadata management including attribute definitions and lineage/source-to-target mappings.
- Data quality ownership and issue resolution for governed datasets.
- Collibra-based governance and data lineage management; working knowledge of MS SQL (SSMS), Teradata, and MS Excel for analysis.

Valuable to Have:
- Teradata experience for healthcare data analysis and governance support.
- Agile methodology experience in cross-functional data governance programs.
- Data modeling experience to support metadata completeness and governed reuse.

Education: B.E., B. Tech, M.Tech (Dual), B.Sc., B.Com, B.Des, B.Pharma, L.L.B, M.B.A, or equivalent degree.
