Role: Data Architect

Location: India (Immediate Joiners)

Experience: 12+ Years

Shift - 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM

Primary Skills:

- Domain experience in Insurance / BFSI
- Enterprise Data Architecture: Design and implement enterprise-scale data platforms (Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Lakehouse)
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP for large-scale data solutions
- Solution Architecture: Define scalable, high-performance, and future-ready architectures aligned to business goals
- Data Engineering & Pipelines: Strong expertise in ETL/ELT pipelines, Spark, Kafka, and distributed data processing
- AI/ML Enablement: Enable advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases through robust data platforms
- Program Delivery: End-to-end ownership of program delivery (scope, schedule, cost, quality)
- Agile Delivery: Strong experience in Agile/Secure program governance, planning, and execution
- Delivery Leadership: Lead implementation,



release management, and environment strategy (Dev/UAT/Prod)
- DevOps & Optimization: Drive performance optimization, DevOps practices, and engineering excellence
- Data Governance: Define enterprise data strategy, governance frameworks, and compliance standards

Secondary Skills:

- Experience in multi-cloud enterprise transformations and modernization programs
- Exposure to Data Governance tools (catalog, lineage, metadata management)
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2)
- Experience in BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with AI/ML platforms (Dataiku, Databricks ML, etc.)
