Role Description The Data Analytics Trainer will design and deliver instructor-led training programs on data analytics, data science, and related tools for corporate and academic participants. This full-time, in office role is based in Indore and involves preparing course materials, developing practical exercises, and conducting workshops and multi-week programs aligned with Cypher Analytica’s curriculum. Day-to-day responsibilities include lecturing, facilitating hands-on lab sessions, providing guidance on real-business projects, and mentoring learners on best practices in analytics and business intelligence.

The Trainer will collaborate with internal experts to update training content,



incorporate new tools and technologies, and ensure sessions are engaging, accessible, and outcome-focused. The role also requires assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of training methodologies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology skills, including familiarity with data analytics tools, databases, and relevant software platforms.
- Candidates should possess Teaching, Training, and Lecturing skills to deliver clear, structured, and engaging sessions to diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, ideally with experience in programming languages commonly used in data science and analytics.
- Experience with data analytics and data science concepts such as statistics, machine learning, Big Data, and business intelligence is highly beneficial.
- Ability to design curricula, create training materials, and develop practical case studies and projects that reflect real-world business scenarios.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in an accessible, inclusive manner.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; teaching or industry certifications in analytics are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple training programs or cohorts simultaneously.
